your feet is same as the width of your shoulders. Now, lay your arms flat on
the wall and bend your arms. Repeat this exercise 30 times in 3 sets, 10 reps
in each set.
Side Swerves
This exercise tones up your breast muscles
and make them look more firm. To perform this exercise sit down with your back
up straight. Now, position your arms on your hips and turn left as much as
possible. Do the same with the other arm. Repeat this exercise 30 times in 3
sets, 10 reps in each set.
